Teletherapy and Counselling
Confidential Teletherapy and Counselling Sessions
Yorkshire Psychology Practice Associates offer confidential teletherapy and counselling sessions that can be arranged anytime between the hours of 8.00am – 9.00pm, Monday-Saturday.
A Confidential, Accessible, Convenient and Discrete Alternative to Traditional Face to Face Therapy
Teletherapy and counselling offer a confidential accessible, convenient and discrete alternative to traditional face to face therapy, which is increasingly used by NHS services as an alternative to traditional face to face therapy format. Teletherapy and counselling is the treatment of choice for people with demanding and inflexible schedules, family commitments or long-term health conditions and reduced mobility.
Teletherapy and counselling provides you with the same experience as face to face appointments with the following advantages:
- Being in the comfort and privacy of your own home or office.
- An efficient and less stressful way of achieving the same end results,
- No additional stress and anxiety given to time for travelling to and from a clinic.
- A wide range of appointments times to suit your schedule
- Skilled, experienced and accredited Psychologists and CBT therapists help you to feel more positive, more confident and more able to manage your problems than you felt before.
Teletherapy Counselling Appointments Structure
Yorkshire Psychology Practice Associates are able to offer teletherapy and counselling sessions lasting the same as face to face appointments, 50 minutes. Sessions take place on a weekly basis, at a time that suits you, with the same Associate. Due to the nature of these appointments, they can take place from any location.
How to set up Zoom teletherapy
Simply set up a Zoom account by downloading Zoom on to the device of your choice and your Yorkshire Psychology Practice Associate will contact you at the time of your appointment. They will then assess your problem and using the most effective practical and psychological strategies and techniques available will agree and contract a treatment plan to begin straight away.
If you would like any additional information about how Zoom teletherapy and counselling service works, or you would just like some advice about how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other types of counselling might help you please do not hesitate to contact us via email or telephone.
